Data Privacy Policy

Sim Finland Oy respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it.

When you place an order, we require you to fill in at least the following information:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Street address

These are required to process the order and deliver the products for you. All information you provide will be stored for accounting reasons. None of the information will be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information.

All information submitted with an order is stored at Sim Finland's database is only accessible to our authorized staff.

If you place your order using a credit card, your credit card details are sent directly to Luottokunta over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. Sim Finland does not have access to any credit card details you provide, at any time of the transaction. Successful payments are handled by Sim Finland's authorized staff.

Sales Policy

Ordering

We accept orders and ship to all locations outside Finland. You can pay with a credit card or by a payment order. Note that payment orders may take several days to complete and subsequently delay your order.
If your order includes products that are unavailable, we can either wait for the next batch or refund the missing products. We will contact you personally with the details. An order's final shipment date is based on payment processing time and product availability. The order tracking information will be updated to reflect this status.
Credit card payments will not be debited until the order has been shipped. The customer will be contacted via email if there are any changes to credit card charges.
Sim Finland reserves the right to cancel any orders that can be considered fraudulent.

Shipping

Deliveries are made door-to-door within five working days by UPS. Shipping rates depend on your location and an exact amount will be shown for you when you start the checkout process. The carrier will make a certain amount of attempts to deliver the package. If the customer is absent each time, the package will be returned to the sender and arrangements for reshipment need to be made.

Sales outside the European Union

Packages leaving for outside the EU will need to go through the receiving country's customs, possibly causing delays or other inconveniences. The customer is responsible for knowing any relevant import laws and limitations for their country before placing an order. All orders must conform to all of the receiving country's import laws. We will not refund individual products or entire packages that are stopped by customs for import violations. Any extra fees placed by customs are billed from the customer by the carrier.
